Nez 2018: Gísli G. Jónsson comes for the title

The big names of Icelandic Formula Offroad keep popping up in the registrations this year! Now for the 2018 Nez Cup Gísli Gunnar Jónsson will try and race for the title as the Nez Champion.

Gísli Gunnar has been racing for quite some time and has he been called a LEGEND in the business for his skill behind the wheel and his keen eye for the vertical hills and how his vehicle will react. These skills has gained him few titles over the years like:

Icelandic Champion:

1993 – 1997 – 1998 – 1999 – 2000 – 2001

World Cup Champion:

1993 – 1995 – 1999 – 2001 – 2006

Driver of the Year:

1993 – 1996 

Nordic Cup:

2006

But now he will attempt to win the 2018 NEZ CUP!

Once he gets that win under his belt he surely has not many titles left he can claim his own 😉
